Conscious Leadership

If you’re a manager who’s either in a new leadership role or about to take one on, it might feel difficult to let go of what’s worked for you in the past to design a new way of thinking. This session will give you time to take a step back, consider the future and help you commit to making changes.

You will:

Know the similarities and differences of the manager and leader roles, and identify how you spend your time
Be more aware of the unconscious drivers of your existing management approach, where these preferences derive from and how you might be over-reliant on them
Identify the overplayed drivers you need to diminish in order to become more of a leader, and know what to do instead
Commit to developing specific daily habits that will help you lead more and manage less
