  • Know why ‘Feedback’ as we know it doesn’t work, and what to do instead

     

  • Use the FIA framework to be clear about the feedback specifics, the impact of what happened and what could be different next time

     

  • Be aware of how and why your feedback might trigger individuals and be able to handle tricky reactions

     

  • Have prepared and practised a real feedback conversation you need to have
