You will:

  • Understand how perception of a situation as either challenging vs threatening influences response to pressure

  • Understand how an internal dialogue of ‘don’t do that’ is more likely to influence an individual to actually do it

  • Understand how nerves resulting from pressure can cause the loss of automatic performance and cause a choke reaction

  • Be able to educate your team around their reactions to pressure and coach them to become more effective in such situations
