Understand what gets in the way of our ability to be creative and how having the right mindset is key
Explore the power of priming the brain by defining exactly what the problem is that needs to be solved
Experiment with a selection of creative tools, applying them to a real-life business issue
Recognise when it is time to harness creative ideas with tangible actions
