Understand the importance of marshalling different skills and thinking styles within your team to achieve the best outcomes
Recognise the strengths and weaknesses of different team role styles
Review your preferred team behaviours, understanding where you tend to be strong and what you can do to overcome blind spots within your team
Consider your team members’ roles and be able to facilitate a team development session using the four-player tool
