Interviewing

Interviewing should be straightforward. Ask clear questions, listen to the answers and make a decision. Alas, it’s very easy to lose control of the conversation, become muddled in your questioning and talk so much that the candidate doesn’t get a word in. We’ll show you how to keep it simple.

You will:

Be able to confidently use a six step interview process to find the best people for your roles
Practise a series of questioning techniques that help build rapport, test key competencies and encourage the candidate to do most of the talking
Consider how to sell the company and roles, and also how to adapt to each candidate
Identify the questions candidates are most likely to ask and how you can respond
